Red Mountain Grill in Dillon, Colorado, offers a wide variety of food options whatever you’re in the mood for. Casual American cuisine with specialty farm fresh Southwest dishes, as well as steak seared to perfection, or the best burgers around, made with our all-natural Angus beef. Choose from a variety of brunch, lunch and dinner options. Red Mountain Grill is the perfect location to stop in after a day of outdoors fun, such as hiking, biking or skiing, or simply to enjoy the game on our large high definition TVs.
Our fully stocked bar and delicious bar menu makes us a locals’ favorite! We are also known for our very unique interior décor, artistic wrought-iron light fixtures and sculptures that create a very warm and rustic atmosphere. We are located approximately 30 minutes from Vail, Colorado and a 1 hour drive from Denver, Colorado.

Red Mountain Grill has been hosting various events for residents and visitors of Dillon and the Summit County area since 2006, and we take great pride in being part of the Summit County community. Red Mountain Grill can host your event, from a small intimate get together of only a few people, to an event of up to 200 people.

“Visiting from out of town, we had a great experience on a Friday evening. We started with green chili cups, which were excellent.
For dinner, we ordered an Elk Burger plate and the Macaroni and Cheese Skillet. The cups of chili filled us up and had to take 3/4 of the macaroni plate home.
